Why Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace is Required Viewing
“The Phantom Menace” may not be the strongest entry in the Star Wars saga, but it holds a significant place in its overall narrative. While some elements haven’t aged as well, the film’s visual spectacle and introduction of new characters remain important for understanding the prequel trilogy and the overarching story of the Force.
For die-hard Star Wars fans, it’s a necessary chapter, but for casual viewers, it might be better enjoyed with a deeper understanding of the Star Wars universe.
